Greatly enjoyed the place, had a FAIRLY NICE stay with the hotel manager and staff they treat like a family. Everyone was amicable and helpful. Comforts of a double room with tv were fabulous. Location: the venue was just next door to railway station.

Great Location and Convenient Transport Options 🌟
The location of this place was fantastic, just a short distance away from the Ghanta Ghar clock tower. We found it really convenient being close to a railroad station as it made it easy for us to get around and explore the area.

The dining experience at Namo was a flavor, packed delight! From the freshly made sandwiches to the local culinary gems, every bite was an epic tale on my palate. Plus, the cleanness and location of the place were on point.
Despite the culinary wonders, the hotel staff had some hiccups. From a mix, up at check, in to an early morning checkout call, it was a bit of a rollercoaster.

staying at namo was like being welcomed by family, with helpful staff and great location. clean room and close to bala fort, markets, and tasty food nearby.

Hosts at Namo welcomed warmly, felt like family. Convenient location close to Bala Fort and markets. Staff treated us exceptionally.

The staff were top-notch, the room was cozy with everything you needed, and the location was prime, close to the fort and markets. Can't say enough good about how they made us feel like family. As for relaxation, loved chilling in the courtyard, plus the on-point room service. And hey, the only hiccup was the shower head, but honestly, it didn't bother us a bit. a stellar stay! 🌟
